Application

FTU-T junk mill with carbide inserts is designed to destroy metal objects, cement and cemented metal objects all across wellbore cross-section.

Design

FTU-T junk mill with carbide inserts consists of a body made of high-strength alloy steel and cutting-crushing braze of crushed tungsten carbide in matrix of nickel/brass and carbide inserts.
It has thread connection at the upper end and circulation ports and relevant watercourses for better cooling and efficient removal of cuttings at the lower face and flank.
The junk mill is available in right- and left-hand configuration.
