Application

The Tool for lifting and retaining coiled tubing UPGT is used to lift and hang emergency or damaged coiled tubing above collar of well.

Design

The tool itself presents an assembly of body and clamp, which collocation is provided by pins, clamp is secured by screws with possibility of movement along the axis. The tool has special handles for transportation and changeable bars for coiled tubing fixation, which are set on body and clamp by screws. The tool may be used with changeable nozzles for different sizes of coiled tubing.
